Shipping Policy

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched from our suppliers' Australian warehouses, usually within 1–2 business days of payment being received. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier used, and cannot be guaranteed for specific dates. Metro areas typically receive orders faster than regional and remote areas.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping applies to all products for deliveries within NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, and ACT.

A flat shipping surcharge of $54.00 applies to deliveries within NT and TAS.

Delivery Restrictions

We do not ship to islands, offshore territories, or other locations deemed undeliverable by our shipping partners. If an order is placed for a restricted or undeliverable location, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Some remote or regional postcodes may also experience delivery delays. If your postcode is affected, we'll contact you directly to confirm before proceeding with your order.
