Returns & Refunds Policy

At Folia Co, we want you to love your purchase. If you've changed your mind, here's how returns work.

Change of Mind Returns

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unopened and in original, brand-new condition. Returns are arranged and paid for by the customer.

Return terms differ slightly depending on the product category:

Statement Trees (artificial trees, all sizes)

• Refund: item price and original shipping fee, minus return postage and a 10% restocking fee

Green Wall Panels (wall art panels, disc panels, vertical garden tiles)

• Refund: item price only (shipping fee is non-refundable), minus a 15% restocking fee
• If the return results from a delivery failure caused by customer error (e.g. incorrect address), an additional charge equal to or exceeding the cost of original shipping will be deducted from the refund

To start a return, email us at hello@foliaco.com.au with:

• Your order number
• The product name and reason for return
• For faulty or damaged items: photos or video clearly showing the issue

We'll confirm eligibility and send you return instructions, including the correct return address, as soon as possible.

Faulty or Damaged Items

All Folia Co products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults. If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us with your order number and photos or video clearly showing the fault or damage.

Warranty does not cover damage from misuse or normal wear and tear.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that have been opened, used, or assembled.
